Modifying or Canceling an order

Can I still modify my order after placing it?

If you contact our customer service directly, your order may still be modified. However, due to our fast packing and shipping process, your order may already have been dispatched. In this case, we are unfortunately unable to modify the order. Once the order has been delivered, you can make use of the right to return it.

A cancellation, modification, or addition to your order is considered processed once you have received a confirmation via email or phone. If this is not the case, the order will be shipped as originally placed. Any return or shipping costs for a new order will be the responsibility of the customer.
