Placing an Order
Use the green button 'Add to cart' to add products to your digital shopping cart. Then, you can proceed with your order by clicking the green button 'Place Order' in the shopping cart at the top right of the page.
Next, enter your details or log in with your account. (Tip! Create an account to complete your order faster next time).
Then, choose a shipping method and a payment method, and you will be redirected to the payment page.
Can I adjust my order after placing it?
If you contact our customer service directly, your order may still be adjusted. However, due to our fast packing and shipping process, your order might already have been shipped. In this case, we unfortunately cannot adjust the order anymore. Once the order is delivered, you can make use of your right of return.
If I place an order today, when will I receive it?
Orders* placed on weekdays before 10:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Delivery within the Netherlands will occur the next day. Delivery to Belgium will take 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Orders* placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday with PostNL, DHL, or DPD. The first delivery day will be Tuesday.

I received an email saying some items in my order are out of stock, when will I receive my order?
If you've received an email stating that items are out of stock, you can expect the full order to be delivered within 1-3 working days. We will only ship the order when it is complete.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order amount. Anyone can place an order without any additional charges.
Problems with placing an order?
If you're having trouble placing the order, it could be due to cookies blocking the process. Try deleting the cookies and attempt the order again.
I received a discount code but it no longer works, why is that?
Lightexpert discount codes are exclusively sent and communicated by us. These codes are often valid for a limited time, such as a weekend or a specific week. After this period, the codes are no longer valid.
