How does it work?

Creating a smart garden has never been easier than with the Ledvion Smart Outdoor collection. All products in this series are interconnected, providing a strong connection regardless of the size of your garden or the number of installed light points. The great advantage of this is that these smart products also work where there is no WiFi signal. The Bluetooth Mesh network operates as follows: the Ledvion Bluetooth Mesh Gateway picks up the signal from your local WiFi (2.4 GHz). From there, the signal is sent to a device in the garden, and from that device, it continues as long as the Bluetooth Mesh products are within range of each other. This gives the network a very large range, meaning you don’t need signal boosters, for example. The only requirement is the Ledvion Bluetooth Mesh Gateway within your local WiFi (2.4 GHz) network.

This means you don’t have to stay within 10 metres to control the lighting via the app. You can also make full use of all app functionalities. For example, set the lighting to turn on and off automatically at sunset and sunrise, or have the lights switch on automatically when you come home from work.
